To support member agencies of not-for-profit credit counselling in maintaining the highest standards of practice.

Our mandate includes:

• Ensuring a high quality service is provided to Canadians by member agencies
• Advocating on public policy and legislation on issues relevant to personal money management and the wise use of credit
• Promoting awareness of the existence and availability of not-for-profit credit counselling
• Cultivating positive working relationships with all stakeholders on behalf of Credit Counselling Canada members
